Chocolatiere Melting Pot

I have nothing to share yet, been busy but I want to review an equipment for melting chocolates. Have you heard of Chocolatiere Melting Pot? Most of you has, right? (below is the image)

I bought one from Lazada. It was really small and only you can melt by batches. This will take time in your melting too. I melt a chocolate that is easy melt, but wow, it takes too long to melt. Honestly, I can't recommend this one.

Hearty Meatloaf

Now I am trying to bake a viand instead of sweet desserts, or any sweets. I have this ground pork in my fridge and I was thinking to try to make out of it and bake it.

I came up with a hearty meatloaf...

Ingredients
3/4 grams of ground pork
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg (but i used 2 eggs, hehe)
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
3 pcs cheese used for toasting
grated carrots (optional)

Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Set the Breville Smart Oven to Bake, and set the time to 25 minutes, and temperature to 350F

This is the result of having 2 eggs, so you must use 1 egg only..

It is yummy though.

Extra Large Nutella Cookie for One Person

Here is my first baking with the Breville Smart Oven, and I'm loving it :) ... It's a nutella cookie for one person and for this one I didn't use the convection that's in Breville Smart Oven. This is a crispy one. Me and my son loves the taste.

Here is the ingredients to use and procedure:

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Nutella
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp whisked egg

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl until no flour or egg streaks remain and dough is thoroughly mixed. Place dough on baking sheet. Shape dough to form a round disc on baking sheet. In breville smart oven there is this round one for pizza for free so I used that for the cookie. Set the Breville Smart Oven to 350F. It will preheat it for you, then bake for 11-13 minutes, until edges turn a dark brown.
2. Let cookie cool for a few minutes before removing and eating.

Note: To  make an extra chewy version, add in 1/4 tsp of baking powder to the mix. To make a regular sized cookie, halve the ingredients above. To make a chocolate chip version, add 2 tbsp chocolate chips to the top of the cookie right before baking.
