Hi, I'm Amethyst a.k.a "Ajay". Welcome to my blog. I am a housewife who has a passion in baking but it does not love me :) . The reason I was into baking because of Cake Boss' episodes which are so inspiring and a halogen oven was given to us as a wedding gift.

I was trying to bake using that but unfortunately baking on it does not goes well. I lost hope on it. I don't want to bake anymore and suddenly my husband gave me this Breville Smart Oven for my birthday. It makes me wanna bake again, of course with trials and errors.

This blog is all about baking with me but using the Breville Smart Oven and some easy baking. I will also use the delish delights cupcake maker to use in some experiments.
